Why there is a banner anyway
The banner lets you record a choice for the functional, analytics and marketing categories so that, if any such feature is ever added, it stays blocked until you have allowed it. Non-essential scripts are written in a blocked form and are only activated for a category you have accepted. Today no script of any category exists.
What is stored
Your banner choice is saved in browser local storage (not a cookie) under the key cookie-consent with a timestamp, and is asked again after twelve months. Clearing site data in your browser removes it. Use the “Cookie settings” button in the footer to change the choice at any time.
Other storage
Calculated results, downloaded CSV files and printed tables are produced in your browser and are not sent to this server. See the privacy policy for the contact form and server logs.
